Good analysis. Weird how being a lower seed is almost more desirable

in certain instances (Latona compared to Bolen and Traxler).

While I’m on that note, it’s straight up idiotic to match Traxler with Miller in the 1st round. These last two years more than ever we have had limited opens and fewer inter-conference matchups, and yet somehow we continue to end up with rematches in the 1st and 2nd round of nationals. Absolutely nobody wants to see the rematches when many of these guys have only wrestled 10-20 matches all season. Pure idiocy.
