Status of picking up my Ruger .308 precision rifle

I order off of budsgunshop.com and pick a dealer in Ca to pick it up. Many of you commented it is the same in your state. After a cluster of the dealer being out of business, it getting returned, and then shipped to another dealer, I finally went to the dealer to pick it up on Friday.

Get this, they tell me I have to wait ten days to now get it. WTF???

So, I have some time to research bipods, cases and scope. Anyone recommend a scope? The linked is about my budget if that makes sense.
