Agree. You put your top wrestlers in a position to succeed.

Your top wrestlers are the ones with the best shot at individual/conference titles and accumulate team points at NCAAs. Mekhi has a shot at the 174 national title. There is no way the coaches moved him up if they believed he could only contend at 165. No inside info but it seems like Mekhi grew out of 165 and had to move up to 174.

This year, the staff built the lineup around Mekhi, Hunter, Korbin, and BA. Korbin returning was a tough break for Sam as Sam has made a tough cut to 125. Our lineup is stronger this season with Sam/Korbin as opposed to Flynn-Eddie/Sam.

Next season, the anchors will be Mekhi, BA, Sam, and Cat. Mekhi and Cat are locked in at their current weights. Sam will move up to 133. BA will stay at 149 or move up to 157.

Anyone have thoughts on how BA would develop and compete if he were to move at 157?
