No one will compete with Hidlay over next two years. Race for 2nd.


Not sure about the scholarship $$$ situation, but I think the staff looks for a one year transfer at likely 184 or 197.

TJ being ready at 197 would be great but not guaranteed. The coaches can use the Open season to assess his readiness and development, then make a decision whether to burn the shirt in December.

The gap with NC State isn't shrinking, and we could use someone who can compete for 2nd at 184 in conference and grab points at Nationals. We did sign Kibe last year. Will he be ready to compete as a RS-freshman?
