beat Mekhi for 165 in the wrestle off, then volunteered to move to 174

I also think going back down to 165 for his Sr year hurt him. Look how jacked he is now; I think if he'd have stayed at 174 it might have worked out better for him some. Who knows if he'd have been an AA at 174 if NCAAs had taken place that year. Also would have been interesting in what to do at 165 if he has stayed up with Mekhi taking an Olympic RS. They wanted to RS Brady and BC bumping up might have been tough. Not sure if that was another example of DMF doing it for the team or not.
