That’s the balancing act


My routine was only altered about 90 days in the height of covid in 2020. Now I get resumes from guys that want high end IT jobs and they’re not sure they can handle commuting four days a week? Really, you’re not up to it for a six figure salary? We’ll find someone who is. We’re actually fully staffed now. But I don’t get people that quit good jobs with time in the office for lesser jobs that allow them to work from home, particularly since the work from home eventually will disappear
