We have been back in the office 2 days a week since July 2020, but I'll be honest, nobody is really counting/watching, so I skate quite a bit and go once a week. Was awesome in Jan/Feb when I had a mild case of bronchitis. Cough? Nope, you stay home! I drive 23 miles. We have lost 4 of 6 people doing my function due to everyone hating the CTO, so I have some leverage to do whatever I want. With allergy season here, I'll be coughing and sneezing more! Yay, more teleshirk! To be honest, I am more productive here at home. If they get hard over on coming in 5 days a week, I can easily find a job doing WFH or much closer to home.
