Close to half of the total warheads are deployed on Ohio Class submarines. Per START treaty, we are allowed 1,550 warheads, of which it is estimated about 1,000 are with the Ohio's. The total stockpile is about 3,800 active warheads and 1,750 awaiting disarmament.

The numbers are relative, but the number everyone should be concerned about is what is actually deployed, because that's what's going to be brought to the party in the opening of any nuclear actions.

The majority of the French and UK inventories are at sea as well, around 200 warheads each.
