but Troy may move the NET's needle. If Troy moves the NET's needle and the NET's needle moves a person's impressions, then indirectly Troy could move a person's impressions. Having said that, I have a feeling you are probably right it will end up being neutral. If Troy ends up ranked in the Top 25 or even Top 30, then it could be interesting to see if people's opinions changed much over the course of the season.
