There is nothing wrong with the outdoor track.


It isn’t in poor condition. It’s never been a priority to run meets there primarily because of the unpredictable weather in Blacksburg. It’s fine for training and that is it’s primary purpose, but there are simply better options for outdoor meets around the country in the months of March, April, and May.
