If basing minutes on actual production is "changing who you are as a team"

then I'm all for it. And I hardly think you can call patterns that have lasted an entire season a "slump". It amazes me that the idea of adjusting lineups based on who is playing well (and who isn't) could be perceived as some kind of monumental, earth-shattering program change. Sports is supposed to be a meritocracy.
