I get it, but the chances of us getting players from TX are much lower

lets say you have a 70% chance of getting a player who is a 7 on a 10 scale from VA or a 20% chance of getting a player who is a 9. If you focus on the 9 and ignore the 7, you end up with neither.

Frank did a great job building a program around getting all the 7's and most of the 9s that came out of the state. All the 9s from VA are going elsewhere now and most of the 7's and we're stuck with 5's and a 6 from TX and NC once in a while.
