I had it around the turn of the century, and went from...


...someone who didn't have any problem with their weight to someone who was always dieting...lol

I ran 6 days/week before PF, but I had to stop running for 8-9 months to get over it. I never did get back into the swing of running afterwards. If you stop running for that long, you really need to push hard to get started again.
