The contract is locked and the acc doesn't have any argument to merit an inxrease

At this moment in time acc football is not at the level to merit national coveragez
. Acc. Basketball has only 1 ranked team. Soo why should espn adjuat.

Only way is for acc football powers have .. to up there game.. Clemson has; miami looks like it; so look like vt might and unc and stste.. win and acc can come back or expansion or increase ooc games like big ten achools
