Gerard was committed to Maryland......

and then followed/committed to Szefc at VT (he was not committed to the previous staff). Seymour stayed with his commitment to come to VT after Pat was let go.......However, they both pitched their entire college careers under this staff, so they were developed under this staff. Agree that we need some younger arms to step up/come along to compete. And yes, we definitely have to continue to recruit/develop pitching and build quality depth.
