counties in VA are following the new guidelines and making them optional. The usual suspects are ignoring the new guidance and still requiring them. The worst part is there are already almost a half-dozen lawsuits, some from pro-mask counties and some from anti-mask parents, as well as one from the ACLU (which makes no sense) so this will be in court forever ... and those kids will still be wearing masks that even the VDH has said are largely ineffective and unnecessary.
