Eating one meal a day makes intermittent fasting easy…


At least for me. Not so worried about the time of day. Knocked 25 lbs off in about a month. Stick with water, green tea, and electrolyte powders during the other hours that won’t break the fast. Watch Jason Fung on YouTube to learn more.
