To me the key is not eating after whatever time you set. For her 9pm


My wife has said her best results were when she did something similar. Ate 2 meals between 11am and 7pm. Fasted between 7pm and 11am.

For me that's kindof hard since I don't even get home from the office until 7pm sometimes.
