KenPom's explanation of Luck sounds like post game win expectancy


"The easiest one to understand is Luck, which is the deviation in winning percentage between a team’s actual record and their expected record using the correlated gaussian method"

I won't begin to pretend i know what the correlated gaussian method is, but i think if you lose or win a lot of close games your Luck is one way or the other. but i don't think it's actual "Luck" but how you execute at the end of games like we've outlined on the message board
