I share your concerns. We simply finished higher with Dresser.

Having said that, Coach is still operating this program at a top 10 NCAA level and NCSU has come a long way since Dresser left. I don't know how the Wolfpack is doing it (Academic scholarships? We can do that too, right?) but it seems like we are nowhere near the ACC Championship level we enjoyed when Dresser left. Today we have become the 2nd to 4th best ACC program with Pitt and UNC at our level. Recruiting rankings are at all time highs but not results.
