I just got it…vaxed and boosted.

No way I could have played over the 7 days. I walk 5 miles every day and attempted half that on day 5 and felt it really bad. I’m not close to 20 years old but I’m fairly healthy. My son who is 18 got it and didn’t feel very much but I’m not sure playing a sport while having it is smart. And trust me, I’m not a vax zealot and I think things have to continue. Just not sure sports while having it is worth the risk.
