Could you point out who isn't aware? I don't see it. I see people

discussing how best that money is spent or not spent. I say that about the people I agree with and the people I disagree with.

I think everyone here is smart enough to know that free means "subsidized to encourage its use," but that gets annoying to type out over and over again.
