and why, when we knew winter would be rough, and on November 7th we found


out about Omicron, do we have people waiting 3-4 hours in the cold for tests? Production and distribution of test supplies should have been ramped up in fall just in anticipation of normal winter spikes and the news of Omicron should have increased the urgency. Lots of questions but no real good answers.
