I don't see Tech making it to the championship game in the immediate future. I thought Tech had a chance back in '07 but they obviously wouldn't win the game.

My analysis does show that all of the five stars contributed at their programs and only one would be considered overrated. My analysis also shows that the three stars on the top 25 list are more likely to contribute than the four stars. After reviewing twenty years of Tech recruits on 247 Sports, I found both the three and four stars had a roughly 40% rate of attrition.

My overall argument is that a VA top 25 three star recruit is more likely to be successful than a VA top 25 four star recruit. We shouldn't panic if a four star recruit goes elsewhere since a three star recruit might be the better player.
