With all due respect


I don't see why being a former Hokie should have anything to do with coaching the team. If I am head coach I want the best person for the job. Being a former player is irrelevent. I'm not sure I would even ask.

If I were Babcock I would make it clear day 1. " Retain or replace who you want but you personally are responsible for recruiting and player development, including the competence of your coaches."
