Whether or not he is fully qualified and comfortable in a head coaching position, is another thing entirely. As you said, 17 years is a lot of experience, but how much diversity was their in his responsibilities? I wonder what Whit thinks about him. Obviously Whit is somewhat impressed with JC, sine he gave him the interim position. Will be interesting to see what happens.
I can tell this, JC Price seems to have a good personality and temperament for the job, and he seems to have a natural ability to inspire in others. Let's see how the kids do against Miami. Just a hunch, but I bet our kids play their butts off for JC.
