Mine came with VERY specific times to take each dose ...


First one started like 12 hours before the procedure and the second was like 6 hours before. So I had to get up to take the second one at 3:00 am both times (mine procedures were both at 9 am).

Trust me, you are not going to bed after you take the prep mix. You will gradually get sleep in 30 minute increments but the first 3 hours you will be like Tom Brady running a two-minute offense.
