Thanks to you and VT90. Based on the fast-acting effect of the laxative


you're both describing, why do the instructions say just take it before bed?

Seems like I should take it 3-4 hours before bed this evening... then try to get some sleep, then take the rest upon waking around 6-7am.

My procedure isn't until 12:30 tomorrow so does that sound like a good strategy?
