Roster Management and Lack of Player Development

I realize the latter is hard to quantify, but I think the overall performance of the RB, WR, QB talent from the start of their collegiate career to the end is pretty strong evidence against good player development.

The number of RBs and thin options at DE are an example of the former.

However - the lack of VA recruits is telling and I know people will continue the narrative that VA talent has fallen, but I think the fact that UNC, PSU, and others continue to recruit the state heavily tells a different story.
