I know there is a limit without resources but I have


been in several roles in my career where I did not have the resources, people, or time to fix what I was brought in to fix (on paper). The expectation was not that I would try and fail and blame resources but that I would take what I did have and practice discernment and creativity to find a way forward.
And I don’t agree getting rid of one coach after 6 years is anything like any of those programs you named.
To your other point, I think the AD is left on its own as the university as a whole does not view athletics the way it once did
