In the past I know it had been mentioned many tech alumni earn "moderately"...so the amount of big donors are fewer I suppose?!

Certainly the HC has some responsibility and ownership here. My general contention along this topic is that people loved Frank...donors loved Frank....yet we were way down the scale back then.

I think focusing money directly on recruiting and support staff/line coaches/coordinators etc. Would have the largest positive effect on the program.

Recruiting and analysts specifically - it would be rare for that to ever decrease even within new regime. What HC says...nope, we only need 2 analysts - not 6, etc.
