But do the expectations match the resources to get there? They are getting there. All these campaigns and such are designed to get us to the upper third of ACC in funding. Let that sink in. All the gripe many have that it just feels like a money grab and we aren't even in the upper third of a "weak football" conference. Yet we expect ACC championship contention and big bowls.
