I agree with you

There are things that need to change. I think S&C and offense would be a great start. But, Fu would have to recognize the limitations of his system and bring in a true coordinator to take the reigns. Recruiting also needs more improvement but I think that ball is rolling.

It can be done. It wont get done because everything about this screams lame duck and confidence is lost. The original point being that perception and angst is why it will not work to begin with. Just as long as we are braced for the next staff not likely working either. But, hope sells...
