However, I disagree with your assessment. There are too many people in the know that have expressed consternation over some of the small things that are detrimental to the program, not the least of whom are the moderators of this board. Frank used to emphasize - take care of the small things and the big things will happen.

I wanted this year to work out for Fuente. I wanted to see that he had embraced the words he tosses around regarding Hard - Smart - Tough. Personally, I think we are none of those things. And, in year six, it's time to acknowledge it and move on.

Will we likely find the answer with a new hire (and new staff)? I think it is 50-50. But six years (even with a COVID year) has demonstrated what we have and it isn't working.
