Depending on how the contract restructuring Is done -


What If he agrees to get rid of the buyout entirely,
Reduce the bay pay to $2 mill (and Set up the rest of his current pay as performance based incentives)
Fire Cornelson and take over offense himself
Fire S&C coaches and pay someone highly qualified (extra 600K vacated by Cornelson helps).

This might be a better option than firing Fuente, pay the buyout, hire another coach and deal with the unknown.

Wishful thinking at its finest of course.
