if anything the product is getting worse, it certainly is on the offensive side. you get an Hebert in the transfer portal, ok nice little shot in the arm... but where are the recruits and how many times are we planning to strike gold in the transfer portal.

most of your points apply to all coaching jobs being "hard" and don't speak to how this current staff can improve other than let's hope
