We have had the same offensive coordinator and 0 qb coach since fuente came

I'm suggesting we make improvements to the offensive side of the staff.

I really like the direciton the Defensie / special teams is headed.
We need an offensive spark, that will attract more offensive recruits.

That would be a significant change IMO. Not just hope.
