And it's a hard job at all of those places
However, some jobs are easier than other.
Some fan base donation money far exceeds ours.
Some schools naturally attract talent just due to location.
Some schools benefit (sec) from espn talking them up constantly.
We are somewhere in the middle, fighting it out with every other school.
I thought the team we fielded 5 of 6 games played respectably well this season so far.
Injuries have hurt our offense, including our start tight end, and starting qb.
I'm not sure what our fan base expects, but anything beyond gradual progress from where we are, and tweaks to improve offense, are probably not very realistic in this day in age.
I don't think it is wise to just throw away all the good things happening in our teams staffing.
Just make adjustments to the things that are not working.
Why start over with a clean slate and zero expectations and hope a new staff can beat the odds? Improve what we have I say.
Cheers!
