Not putting the players in positions that play to their strengths.

I agree that the players Fuente has recruited and developed to do not possess elite speed, quickness, size and strength. That's a coaching issue to a certain extent.

The QB issue is most certainly a coaching issue IMO. Our 3rd best option at QB is our starting QB (we should be playing HH with QP as the backup).
