You can be a great player and not fit the system, just like Radford.

No MY is not a chump, and no Radford did not fit his system in any way, shape, or form. There is no position in an ideal MY team for a 2 guard who cant shoot. Anything you say beyond that is MY making adjustments based on his players.

How many shots did Radford get as a result of or in the flow of the offense? If you think the average is more than 3 you’re wrong, most if not all of his baskets came in iso situations when the play broke down which he was great at. Without him the play doesn’t break down because the guy replacing him can actually put the ball in the basket on a jump shot.

That’s not to say Radford isn’t a great player or gave full effort. It’s just stating that his skillset didn’t fit the MY system. In no world would MY want his leading rebounder to be a guard but because Radford was great at it that became a reality.

If you’re gonna talk crap about a statement at least get it your argument right first. MY can adjust his coaching based on personnel, that had nothing to do with if his personnel fits his ideal setup.
