I haven't seen any indication of that happening

We have 4 members who will play their SEC rival every year, and the probably won't be able to schedule but one Alliance Game if they have Notre Dame on their schedule.

The Alliance is going to encourage adding PAC12 and B1G games. But it won't block SEC games if ACC members want to play them. It will be tough with Notre Dame continuing to take up a Non-Conference slot to schedule the SEC much. Gary Stokan loves scheduling ACC-SEC in the ChickFil A kickoff classic every year, but he may have to schedule Big XII-SEC instead.
