Every single SEC roster player


would most likely be on SOME ACC/BIG/PAC roster but not on ANY of their rosters. Some schools still have some level of academic integrity.

Your overall point is valid - the specific wording leaves out a little - a 3rd string, roster player from LSU or TN isn't likely to get into school at Duke or Wake - even to play football.

Not to mention walk-ons that are on SEC rosters - they may get in some, but they aren't getting into ANY ACC/BIG/PAC school to play ball - not that that would make much of a difference - but still true.
