Im thinking the leadership at the Acc Big and Pac are tired of trying to keep up with the Sec when they have an advantage by not sponsoring many sports, funding primarily football, lower academic standards, and Espn love. The alliance prides itself more on academics and olympic sports rather than minor league football. Because of this , i see the Alliance largely reduce Sec games with the exception of traditional rivalries. Why let Alabama and others get to basically play a home game each year at a "neutral" site. This does nothing for the acc but helps the sec. Espn also gets to hype these games which sways public perception on how superior the Sec is when they have all the advantages. I think the Alliance realizes this and that is why they will reduce games against the sec and primarily only play them in the playoffs or bowls going forward. Thoughts?
