First VT.

game I ever saw was WVU at VT in old Miles Stadium in Oct 1964 (WVU 23 -10). They looked like they were bigger than Gort ("Klaatu barada nikto") from "The Day The Earth Stood Still." Believe the Eer's won the Southern Conference that year.

VT and WVU Football are much bigger scale now than those days but "big games" then were every bit as exciting as they are now.

Also I always thought that Big East football 1990s - 2003 never got the recognition it deserved.

Always like to see Tech play them (in hoops also).
