A few points:
1). The proposed ban by the EU leaves the decision up to individual member states. France really depends on tourism dollars and delta has really impacted that. Things move slowly so you may be able to get in before they make any decisions.

2). Daily infection numbers are slowly improving, which leads me to believe the government would think twice before doing something that would impact tourism revenue.

3). Restaurants are now routinely checking for proof of vaccination. They get a big fine if they don’t. The Tous Anti-Covid app stores your pass sanitare and it’s the easiest thing to use (open the app and the food server scans it).
