Life Extension who generally writes well annotated articles based on science and research. They are a company that makes supplements/vitamins/products that are supposed to help all kinds of maladies, but they seem to be well researched. My mother is on Coumadin and directed not to take NSAIDS soother are some alternate types of treatments listed and the research that supports them! Read on!. The interesting ones to me are:
Topical NSAIDS....... less absorbed so doesn't affect bleeding times as much yet shown to be effective. Diflocanac gel is now sold OTC (Voltaren and other).
Topical Capsaicin (chilli pepper extract)
Topical Olive Oil .....yep, supposed to help!
Vit D, Magnesium,and Zinc .....amazon has a supplement of these three thats supposed to help.
Tumeric (curcumin) and ginger... Life Extension has a product with both ....probably available on Amazon as well.
And of course lots of folks say CBD oil or products. Life Extension doesn't have those products because there is no real good research based evidence but lots of products floating around.

Mom is doing PT (most help) but is using topical Olive Oil, and the Vit D/Zinc/Magnesium supplement and is doing better with no changes to her bleeding times.
