We've been $100m behind Texas for years...


At some point, I'm not sure the extra money helps.

I mean how much better can Texas be with a $300m a year budget compared to their current $200m a year budget? That's really the question. To me, if you can't win even when you out-fundraise the competition then your problem isn't money related. It's much, much deeper than that.
