Right now the average is what 10-15 million gap with the SEC?

The ACC is at an average of 33 mil.

Before the new contracts the SEC is at 45. mill

The SEC will climb because their CBS contract is being renewed and the addition of Texas and Oklahoma. Therefore, that number on the low side will be 60 (more likely 70 mill) million per team when the new contract hits and Tex and Okie join.
Lets say Comcast and Media com add (generous) 10 million per team. That will mean a gap of 17 million at minimum will remain. Is that enough to make an ACC team to feel antsy?
