Do you think anyone at vt leadership can work the clandestine contact with the sec and

Raise the money to compete in the sec year in and yesr out

Lastly vt has been leaning heavy as a dc focused national research university ..with their focus on academics- the innovation center- they do not wanted to be grouped with academically shaky universities of rhe sec . Vt does not desire to be associated as a small rural university serving a economic depressed region - same rep as wv. Vt wants to be branded with maryland penn state Purdue illinois and mich state- large land grant institutions . How does vt balance this strategic appeopach and the sec ??
