Good post. It's in the best interests of the other conferences


to NOT pick up the BXII leftovers just now. Make ESPN-OU-UT-SEC twist in the wind, pay the whole cost.

Even if ESPN would sweeten the pot for the ACC to take some of them, it sounds like the remaining schools will still collect. And the B1G and Pac12 have no incentive to make this easy on ESPN now. And the low end ACC schools should see the writing on the wall and be concerned about all this as well.

The 8 teams should stay together and fight. I think ESPN-OU-UT-SEC are winging this. This has the now failed Euro Super League written all over it. I think all of college football is mad about this, including real SEC fans. I hope the 8 teams don't just roll over and take the first low ball offer to the AAC.
